ROOT SUNGLASSES LIMITED WARRANTY 

The Root glasses have a GUARANTEE AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, in NO EVENT this guarantee is an all-risk guarantee that covers breaks in the arms and frames or damage in the lenses.

LENSES: The guarantee of Root Sunglasses, in terms of lenses, covers the announced specifications: such as the degree of protection and the polarization (in case of being polarized). In no case does it cover damage to the lenses caused by user interaction, such as wear of the mirrored cover or scratches. Replacement lenses can be purchased at rootsunglasses.com directly or through an authorized Root Sunglasses dealer.

FRAMES AND / OR TEMPLES: The frames and / or temples of the Root Sunglasses are made of an organic material, fragile by nature as are natural woods and are susceptible to break for involuntary blows, falls, excess pressure, inadequate transport and others such as improper use, alteration, attempted repair, etc. The breakage or chipping of the frame or temples that occurred after the purchase is under any circumstances covered by this guarantee.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Please send by email to servicio@rootsunglasses.com the following:

  • Proof of purchase with date, description of the purchased article and Dealer name
    • Ticket from an authorized dealer where the reference or product name  and  purchase date appears
    • Or, if you made the purchase through rootsunglasses.com the number of your order online.
  • Photographs or pictures where we can see the problem in detail of your product
  • Name, complete ditrección and contact telephone number.

NEXT STEPS

Once we have received the proof of purchase, the product images and your data, we will contact as soon as possible to confirm whether the problem of his product is covered by the warranty policy or to provide other options for replacement or repair.

  • Covered by Warranty - We will  ask you to ship the product to proceed with its examination and repair or if the repair is not possible we will supply a new frame and / or lens without cost to you.
  • Not covered by the guarantee: If for any reason it is considered that the product is not covered by the warranty policy, We will analyze all options available in accordance with our after sales service.
