The LICENSOR: Root Sunglasses & Watches

POS : The Customer of the Wholesaler Area

LICENSE SALE:

-The LICENSOR  ALLOW reselling the products Root ® Sunglasses & Watches only in the direction of the physical store point of sale registered on this website and only to end consumers.

-The LICENSOR DOES NOT ALLOW reselling the products Root ® Sunglasses & Watches n Spanish websites, virtual stores present in Spain or active Internet marketplaces in Spain. 

-The LICENSOR ALLOW promote products Root ® Sunglasses & Watches and use the corporate brand image Root ® Sunglasses & Watches social networks and the Internet 

-The POS UNDERTAKE to delivery, with the purchase of each product Root ® Sunglasses & Watches, the corresponding ticket purchase where clearly the reference or name of the purchased product is indicated, the price paid, the date of purchase and data from point of sale which will be required for the final consumer should make a warranty claim.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Minimum Purchase for business customers

1.1.-  Minimum Order Minimum of 150€ per order is required for a wholesale orders

2. requisitioning.

2.1.- The formulation of an order implies for POS  firm commitment, irrevocable, to acquire and pay for the Products Root Sunglasses & Watches included in the order.

2.2.-The Licensor does not guarantee to the POS  that Products Root Sunglasses included, at all times, in his orders to be always supplied by the LICENSOR at POS .

3. Prices.

3.1.- The POS  understands and assumes that sales prices shown in the professional area of the website  www.rootsunglasses.com are subject to change without prior notice sole discretion of the Licensor.

4.- Discounts - Promotions

4.1.-Discounts by Volume are avalable, please contact for updated information.

4.2- If the POS have assigned some type of discount for purchases by volume This will be shown in step 1 of the shopping basket (except if it is the first order in which the discount applies, in that case we will send proforma invoice with the reflected discount)

4.3- From 600 € of wholesale purchase we include free, the cases that are usually optional, for all the glasses included in that order **

5.- NON Conformities.

5.1.- The POS  shall inform the LICENSOR , in the period of 7 calendar days following the date of reception of the orders , any claim concerning Root Sunglasses Products supplied by the Licensor .

5.2 The Licensor will not accept claims which had not been notified in n that within 7 calendar days. following the instructions on the LICENSING website  www.rootsunglasses.com.

5.3.- The POS expressly agrees that in the event that, as outlined in the previous stipulation, there LICENSING liability against the POS in relation to Root Sunglasses & Watches Products supplied by the licensor, it is will be limited to replacing the defective product or price at POS , always after verification of the defect which derivase the responsibility of the LICENSOR for which the  Point of Sale must send the  LICENSOR by its means such products to be examined.

6. Transport costs.

Whenever ordering products Root Sunglasses by the POS  exceeds TWELVE UNITS (SPAIN mainland only), will be borne by the LICENSOR transport costs. Otherwise, these are borne by the POS. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY CASE 

7. Risk.

The risk passes with the delivery of the Products Root Sunglasses at POS

8- Payment.

The POS  shall pay Licensor orders placed by cash and  prior to leaving the LICENSOR warehouse

9- Returns and Exchanges

If you have received any product deemed defective or not to your liking, contact within the first 7 working days of receipt. After the deadline 7 days as indicated in paragraph 6 the risk passes to the Point of Sale .

9.1 How to make a return:

Send mail to  pedidos@rootsunglasses.com  stating:

  1. The order number or invoice number.
  2. The products you want to return.
  3. The problem was detected in the same or the reason why you want to return.
  4. In case, some pictures of the problem detected.

We will respond with return code to be included in the package label must be sent prepaid to:

Once we receive your package and checkd we will contact you with the result.

NOTES TO CONSIDER

1- No refunds, exchanges or refunds are accepted for customized products (eg with custom lenses).

2-The product to return or exchange must be sent exactly as received with its packaging in perfect condition, the adhesives of the eyeglass lenses and shields both the dial and the protective operating wheel machinery in clocks must be present, in perfect condition and no signs of having been tampered with, otherwise the return or exchange and the customer will be denied shall bear the shipping costs to send you the product again rejected.

3- ** Do not send returns without the return code on the label because the delivery will be rejected, the package will be returned and you will need to send it back again correctly.

4 If once received the products under return or exchange, said exchange or return is rejected for being late, or not be the product under the same conditions in which it was received, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of these products or products replaced.

6- If you choose to refund to make a return original shipping expenses will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
