LENTES REPUESTO

LENS REPLACEMENT

Customise your new Root sunglasses or replace the lenses in the pair you already own. This service includes a pair of polarised lenses, cut to size and fitted to your ROOT sunglasses.

Choose your preferred finish:

• Solid: a uniform tint.
• Gradient: darker at the top and lighter at the bottom.
• REVO: a mirrored finish.

Select the lens type, then choose your preferred colour from the available options.

When an option includes a light transmission percentage, this indicates how much visible light passes through the lens: the higher the percentage, the lighter the tint. Learn more about our lenses.

1. To customise a new pair of sunglasses

If your preferred lens colour is not available as a standard option, we can fit different lenses to your new sunglasses.

1. Add the sunglasses you want to your basket with one of the available standard lens options.
2. Add this pair of lenses with your preferred finish and colour.
3. Use the order comments to tell us which sunglasses we should fit them to, especially if you are purchasing more than one pair.

Your sunglasses will arrive with your chosen lenses already fitted. We will also include the original lenses.

2. To replace the lenses in sunglasses you already own

If your lenses are scratched or damaged, or you simply fancy a different colour:

1. Choose the finish and colour of your new lenses and add them to your basket.
2. Enter your sunglasses model in the order comments. You can find it engraved on the inside of the left temple arm.
3. Send us your sunglasses so we can cut and fit the new lenses to your frames.

You must send us your sunglasses. Include your order number on the parcel's shipping label:

Ethnic Soul S.L.U. — Order XXXXXX
C/ Bailén 44
11380 Tarifa, Cádiz, Spain

Replace XXXXXX with the order number shown in your order confirmation email.

Any shipping charges applied at checkout cover the return delivery of your sunglasses with the new lenses fitted. You are responsible for the cost of sending your sunglasses to our workshop.

Important information for used sunglasses from the BAMBOO collection:
These frames are delicate and may break during lens replacement. If this happens, we will repair the frame; the service does not include a replacement frame. Please consider this risk before requesting a lens replacement. This notice applies only to used sunglasses from the BAMBOO collection.
